Is everything from the concept store also available online?
No. The concept store holds around 1,000 products, the online store a selection of just over 200. If you are looking for a particular piece, write to us at post@kaiser-wilhelm.at.
Can I order online and pick up in the concept store?
Yes, free of charge. At checkout, choose pick-up at the concept store. Once a week we also bring orders to Salzburg-Maxglan; after receiving your order, we will get in touch to arrange a time.
How much does shipping cost?
8 € to Austria, 15 € to Germany, pick-up is free. For other countries, please write to us beforehand at post@kaiser-wilhelm.at. Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties and fees.
How long does delivery take?
We ship no later than the 5th working day after receiving payment. Within Austria, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days, within Europe 5 to 10 working days.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by 17 December and everything will arrive in time for Christmas.
How can I pay?
In the online store by PayPal or bank transfer in advance. For bank transfers, we ship as soon as the amount has reached our account, which can take up to 3 days. In the concept store, you can pay in cash or by card from 20 €.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, for 20, 50, 80, 100 or 150 €, other amounts on request. You receive the voucher by e-mail and can redeem it in the concept store and in the online store. Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and cannot be returned. Order a gift voucher (in German)
Can I return an order?
Yes, you can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, most easily via the form Cancel contract. You bear the cost of returning the goods. All details are set out in our terms and conditions (in German).
A piece is sold out. Will it come back?
Some pieces come back, many are one-offs or small series. On the product page, you can ask us about it via “Per E-Mail vormerken” (reserve by e-mail).
